Our story
ayana.izz started with a simple love for that first warm bite — crisp, buttery pastry giving way to a soft, caramelised custard. What began as weekend baking for family and friends grew into a small home bakery built on one promise: every tart is made fresh, in small batches, and packed with care.
We don't do shortcuts. Real butter, a slow-laminated pastry, and a custard we watch until it's just-blistered on top. Whether it's a box for yourself or trays for a celebration, you're getting the same love we'd bake for our own.
